I did the cinematics and animation for both boards. Now all I have left to do is the animation. These were really easy but fairly time-consuming. I do think some of the animations on the isometric could be better, but it’s good for a start.

I wrote the basis of the script as I want Character A’s journey to be the center of this experience. People should feel as if they’re traveling with the bot. In a sense, Character A has no control over their life, they’re just listening to this being much larger and knowledgeable than they are. It feels sort of like Atlanta – you’re just in these odd situations that you have to deem as normal. The camera movements needed to be very smooth, and the textures needed to showcase accurately. This liquid metal fantasy world is very important to the basis of the character – it gets a point of haziness and profundity across.

This animation will be coupled with awesome dialogue from Vocaloid. The idea is to have this seem very ethereal and contained within this strange space of AI and environmental design. I don’t know how exactly how to get this across, as it’s more of an artsy thought than something that’s actually practical. I’ll try experimenting with this as I’m going through the dialogue and Premiere Pro.
