Found some cool animations, also built a nice platform for them. I remember hen I was designing the world for Chief Keef, I had this large building with all of these robots in it. I’m thinking similar for this, however this is a natural structure and meant to be traveled through like one. How could I have same level of chaos and crowdedness from an urban environment, in an extremely natural and serence place?

I suppose, first it would have to do with the coloring. I think things are to bright now, if I dimmed them down by playing with the directional light intensity, I could make this a darker cave. But darker caves signify meditation and other forms of spiritual practice. I could pile the rocks on top of each other which would make things look crowded – especially if I added a robot on each one.

Now there’s an interesting balancing act of creating a seemingly realistic structure, which means rocks in irregular shapes. But I also have to design them with enough area for the robots to stand and comfortably move on. Of course, if I placed sideways, there would be more than enough surface area, but they couldn’t be too high. If they were high, then I wouldn’t be able to fit a large amount of robots which is the goal.

Ok, just tried the rocks, it’s much to tricky. They mesh together very well, however there’s not much surface areas for the robots. There’s enough for them to stand, but not enough for them to move. I found an interesting fix though – mushroom caps. I have mushrooms spread all over the environment, so I could hang just the caps off of the rocks and use them as a platform. This works very well; I could make them any size I wish.
